Selling dealer: Trinity Yo Bikes, HBR Layout, Bangalore.
Complaint: Refusal to service the scooter giving lame excuses.
When vehicle is given for a service, they keep the vehicle for more than a week without doing any service.
They did not even call and inform the status of the service even after a whole week.
During the period I have no other personal transport options, and encounter many physical and emotional problems.
Whenever I call to know the status of the vehicle, the service center representative of Trinity Yo Bikes replies that the vehicle is not ready. Even after 8 days !!!
Fed up with the delays, I wanted to take back my vehicle without any service. However, I am not given my vehicle and asked come on the next day.
I had to visit the dealer’s shop more than 4 times to get back my vehicle - without any service ! :(
Given the distance from my residence to the dealer’s shop all those trips and calls have added depression and emotional troubles to me.
Complaints are never registered or responded.
I have no options to gain any redresal or reprieve from this dealer.
