The product has nothing to do with Yoga. It is a cheap low quality protein bar. Bad taste and even foul smell. We bought 2 protein from a nearby store. 4 members of our family could not finish even one. We had stomach ache and nausea after eating. The second had to be thrown into dust bin. That is where it really belongs.
