Worst Service, I don’t think this company has any policy. I took 12 mbps speed and never got more than 500 kbps speed in speed test (not talking about downloading) no SLA, I have raised a request on 19th , then since past 3 days my internet is not working and no one in technical team calls.
This company is total fraud, just take money and don’t give service. It’s always better to go for good brands like Airtel and don’t come under influence of such cheap plans. At least we get for what we pay. here 1200 rs gone without the whole month internet and then the reply comes, since you have used it for 1 hour in a day, we wont give you extension.
