Their Service Will Make You Cry.

Hi,

You Broadband Pune is a fraud company. Its been since 14th March, the broadband is down & till now no one has even bothered to resolve the issue .

Forget about registering complaints with their call center, their Nodal Officer Mr Sameer Shaikh & Appellate authority Merilyn Pereria are not even reachable for addressing public grievance (please check the You broadband website). Their mobile numbers are not reachable!

Additionally, they don’t have skilled staff to address the issue. Moreever, in case you apply for new connection, these idiots start following up with you regardless of knowing if the connection in your area is working or not.

Never ever in my life would recommend anyone to use their service!
