I have used You BroadBand as IPS for 6 months. It was really bad experience till date I have faced with any other service provider.
Cons:
Bad internet speed.
Worst customer support.
Cost is more as compare to the service.
Customer care will not give you proper response. They will just tell you reset your modem or check your connection. They even do not come to your place to investigate the issue.
I would suggest you to go for other service providers in your area, rather going for this one.
For complaining about your issues you have to reach at their office at Shivaji Nagar every time.
