First of all, I would say that you update the you BroadBand App. If you leave the option of support out of it, if it is not working.
There is no engineer in tracking, even if you remove it. Do not confuse the customer.
And most importantly, if net connectivity goes, no technician comes to help. You simply enter the application from the app or call the customer center. But no answer.
Just say that if the service is good, then someone will make a plan ahead.
