Hi friends , I want to share my views of using you broadband service . It has very poor service at all . One month ago I done all its payment but they takes very long to install it . They take 10 days after doing the payment to install the broadband . This is awful . Their services is only good at the time of payment .
A technician has comed to install the broadband but he was so illiterate that he doesn’t know how to install the broadband . This kind of workers are working in this comapny . They are asking to someone else , how to install it . It has bad customer service I ever seen .
After few days of using this broadband , the internet speed reduces . I even can’t able to use YouTube properly . They buffer so much . I am very disappointed from its services .
Its connection reliability is to totally worst . They give internet speed for just few hours and after that they showing very less speed , mainly in kb .
Now I want to throw it outside of my house and use other . Never ever trust this company , this is worst I have ever seen .
