I would strongly suggest everyone to stay a mile away from a You Broadband connection since it doesn’t work at all. For customer experience horror stories, you can just go to their FB page and read posts by others. They almost never have up-time on weekends offer less than 1/4th speed of what you pay them and have a non existent tech support.
You cannot reach a representative unless they decide to call you back. Have no refund policy and believe in giving you multi month packages and then totally disappearing leaving you with a non working internet connection.
Also, they are prompt to disconnect your services or account but give no refunds. So consider all your money gone down the drain. You’re better off without an internet connection, rather than a You broadband connection.
