I opted for you bb last week as I din hav any option in ma area. While collecting the payment the executive said that service will b flawless. But d worst part is bef I get installation done I raised request for cancellation coz the person who shld b responsible fo installation has been playing around. He won’t pick a call n evn if he picks his response ll b same as usual " I am on ma way sir. Installation will b done in 1hr". Aft an hr r 2 if I call he ll disconnect cal n turn off his phone. Customer care ppl r equally pathetic thy donno nethin except raising a request n giving u request I’d fo further communication.
