I was using Beam Telecom till August - 14; they are services are always reliable, all of sudden You Broadband guys came to our place and convinced there is a very good offer going on, he promised me that they will provide a proper service(Hamzath - Sales Executive).
But don’t believe him at all, for few days internet worked well, all of sudden, I started getting problem while connecting to internet, internet speed has dropped all of suddent, I am unable to open few sites like amazon, flipkart and many more like, few sites we are able to open, but speed is very low, I took a intenret speed of 4mbps, but when I try to download, I am getting internet speed of 11 k - 65k/s, they promised me that 80% throught put on 4mbps line, means it should give speed of 3.2 mbps atleast.
I logged a complaint on Sunday, they says that their technician wont work on Saturday & Sunday, they supposed to get back to us on MOnday(20th Oct, 14), they did not, when I call they today again told me issue that issue is resolved already, as a courtesy they supposed to check with the user who raised a complaint, however issue did not resolve, I called them, again they will take a complaint but issue will not be resolved yet, I dont have a faith on them they will fix it,
I sincerly request people to not to buy any services from You broad band at all, if I ask them to return money on a prorated basis for which I have used, they say that they cant do, only deposit amt would be returned after 45 days, how much they will return nobody knows, it means they wanted to steal the money and run away, I never seen such company.
I would have rated BIG ZERO, but I dont have option to select.
