Please do not go for you broad band., If you are buying Youbroadband, you just forget about Advance amount you have paid for the connection. I have closed their connection by october 2015. They informed me that I have to wait for 45 working days to get back my refund amount. But after 5 months of time also, they did not refund my amount.
If you call their customercare, they will pickup and say samething as their operations team is different they will call me back and answer my query. But their opns team will never call back. After a longtime, twice their operations team called me back and said wait for an hour I will check your details and callback. But after I will never get any call again. Again I have to follow the same process- I should call customer care team and they will say wait for call. But I will not get any call. They are cheaters.
