About speed of ISP connection
speed of internet is not as per the given by the broadband services but not only this broadband there are broadband like hath way and many broadband doesn’t give you the speed as per actual speed. I used hath way for 1 year it doesn’t give me actual its provide and then I shifted to the YOU broadband connection same problem here also I am facing in issue of internet speed.
about connection reliability
YOU broadband is far better than the HATHWAY broadband connection. I used HATHWAY for 1 year and faced many problems with it and I shifted to the YOU broadband its already three months up but I didn’t face any issues like internet not or any other issues. they me the connection after 5-6 days of paying the bill that’s very bad.
about service and support
service is really very bad they gave me the connection 5-6 days after paying the bill. I don’t know his name he spoke with me very rudely but after giving the connection for three months connection I any have any issue with them.
