I bought year plan bcoz sales rep promised me that if I go with year plan I will be getting 2 months bonus as I am giving power supply to the box. Its been more than a month and I still didn’t get the promised extra 2 months. And when I call they keep telling that its been escalated to backend team and nothing happens no call back no updates. And these customer care rep keep repeating the same words of TAT of 4 to 8 hrs which never comes in IST. And the funny part is when I sent my complain to nodal officer email - they too replied in same lousy manner with out any TAT info - must be template copy pasting person who doesn’t understand what is in email.
Its been a month I still didn’t get closure on this
Please do not fall in this chor internet service provider trap.
