It’s really unfortunate that I have opted for YOU broadband service and without getting there service I am struggling to get my refund.
YOU Broadband Sales Executive who visited my home and told that we have services in your area and I will give you withing 5 days. After receiving payment he stopped receiving my call and at the same time there is no customer care services. After too much of struggle I was able to connect and raised refund request but yet no response and when again call on my refund status they started showing me policies that the refund will be come by cheque on your address in 45 working days.
It really disgusting that an Internet service provider does not have facilities to refund online.
Please please do not opt or made any payment to this service provider they will no provide the services and will you user your amount for there business.
