This is just to mention the worst service of the staff. We were staying at outskirts of Visakhapatnam and then decided to move out of the city. It all happened then when we decided to shift our house top the nearby locality. We just called upon the customer care and asked them to change our connection and simply shift it to our new house. they just said it’s ok and after we got shifted, we called them continuously but there was no response. But after a month’s time, they sent the bill to our old address which the current residents sent it to us immediately. I was fuming then and immediately explained him the whole scene.
This was so pathetic from a reputed service procvider.
