I stay in Bangalore and had decided to take You broadband connection(inspite of lots of negative reviews here and from my friends). I guess I shouldn’t have done that .

After making the payment for the plan, its been 17 days since and I have not yet received the connection. Every time I call up their representatives, I either get more promises or excuses.
Have already sent a complaint note to their customer care and still have not seen anything happening.
Advice to future customers:
Don’t go for You broadband!
If you are in an area like mine and You broadband is the only ISP available, I would advice to be very clear in your expectations and make their sales reps aware of it.
It really is surprising that their is no coordination between their sales and delivery side. The promises made by Sales people are most of the time not met by their delivery.
I wonder is this indicative of their future service.
Amazed that this company with such a huge national operations survive without following any business ethics.
