Worst ever internet service provider YOU BroadBAand! I had taken the plan 12 days ago.Since then I am not able to access internet, I called their customer support but are not able to do anything. Every time when I call, they tell me that I will get a call from their side within 24 working hours but no reply.This is a personal request to all those who are reading this please do not take You broadband.
If you want to throw your money away and s your life and your mood than go ahead.The customer support is very rude, they put you on hold and never come back, you will get tired of listening to their waiting tone and than you will hang up, yourself.
They are not clear about their policy when I asked them to cut my connection and return my money they said they don’t know of any such policy and again gave me the 24 hours time.Worst and awful service from you broadband.If you can’t make it then please leave it don’t fool innocent people.
