Fraud - Please Put Forward Your Complaints

I paid by cheque Rs.1340(Fortunately for 1 month!) on 15-Jul-2015, but till now no connection is given to me. I was told that connection will be given in 3 days. I have made dozens of call and sent e-mails also. Also gave online feedback. But no use.


I think SEBI is right authority to take action on them. I will wait for 30 days to complete before giving complaint online at(sebi.gov.in). I saw reviews here afterwards. Otherwise, I will not have paid my money.
