My subscription number is 871696 and I reside in Thane. I have subscribed for 100 Mbps and for last one month I am getting only 5 Mbps. I must have logged more than 7 complaints but nothing happens. They have assigned an engineer named Maqsood who comes to my house once every week and goes back without resolving the problem. I have spoken to there officer Saranjit Kaur and also to their Technical Head Srinivas Goud but nothing happens, All they give is FALSE PROMISES. They are not even ready to give a Service Credit.
First and foremost they charge you upfront and then they give this PATHETIC SERVICE. Absolutely unprofessional.
