Worst service which I ever had experienced, internet goes down twice in a week with no reason , none of the support team will be available to resolve the issues and even I have ever seen such a stupid, idiotic customer care they dont even maintain any of the details of their internal teams.
Whenever you reach them they will be ready to give a template answer " we will be escalate it to high priority" but that priority never comes and it will take around 4 to 5 days for getting the issue resolved after a continuous follow up.
I recommend to shift to jio fiber who is providing good service instead of youbroadband .please dont go for the subscription and get into troubles, simply you will be wasting your time on raising support requests
