Horrible service!

I had bought you broadband 3 years ago. At first the speed was good as per described in the plan. But after some times I began to feel connectivity loss in short interval of time! Then I called you broadband to solve the issue. No service agent was there to help me out from this problem.


Then I went its office but my issue couldnt get solved. My internet was out of access for more than 15 days and they hadnt even tried to solve my problem in those 15 days. And the speed started decreasing and I was not satisfied by its speed. So one should not buy internet without survey in their area!
