I have been using Youbroadband for more than 7 years now and the internet will always be fluctuating. Recently on oct 18, 2015 I have recharged my account and it didnt work from that point. I have been calling customer care for past 2 months close to 40 times and I get one stable response "we will resolve in 4 to 8 working hours and we will escalate this".
I have spoke to the customer care executive supervisors close to 15 times and they have stable reply stating " we will surely ask our technician to get back to them".Finally they gave me a technician head number .His name is zakir Hussian and his number is 875447xxxx.
When I call this guy he doesnt pick the call and he picks the call in the ration 10:1 and he has the stable answer he will connect with my area technician and he gives the area technician number 978854xxxx.
when I call him he pick the call in the ratio 25:1 and has stable reply "In 2 days".
When I dial chennai center no.0444664xxxx, they never pick the call.
I dont know the next level of escallation and I dont know how should I get back in installation amount and service amount. Can any one help me please?
