YOU BROAD BAND: BAD SERVICE, BAD PEOPLE, LIARS

INTERNET DISCONNECTION

Disconnection is a frequent occurrence. Since morning of 23rd June 24, 2014, from about 11.00 am, the internet is disconnected with restoration not in sight yet. After about 9 attempts, I could speak with customer care and they have no idea about the disconnection and when it will be restored. After several attempts over 45 mins at about 7.45pm, 23rd June, I could speak with a technician(Manjeet) in Gurgaon office, who says the issue is specific to my connection and nothing can be done in the evening; and that he was himself bothered. He gave me the number of a different technician(Digvijay) and asked me to speak with lineman myself as he did not want to do that in the evening. I called the fellow, who says there is a fault about which the Nodal Officer, PRAHLAD GIRI was told at 11.00 am and PRAHLAD GIRI did not take any action. There was no message either from Youbroadband that internet will not work. I tried speaking with PRAHLAD GIRI who just did not answer the phone and not did Rahul Sinha, the head of Gurgaon office. Looks like complaints and grievances stay confined at the local office and does not get escalated at all. They behave like a bunch of thugs, a bunch of cheats, who have taken money but just do not provide the service. Not only is the service pathetic, the people too are lousy to say the least. Both the quality and attitude of people in Youbroadband are extremely bad.
