I am Naveen, I have taken You Broadband Internet connection in Hyderabad few days back, I have paid 1761 for 3 months package, Balu Nayak is the marketing executive (9000602323) who gave the connection. He told me that at least 2 - 3 yrs of power back up is available in the You Broadband box, however it never gave me more than 5 mins; the moment power comes back, it wont connect, I have to restart my computer to connect to the internet. I thought of using Wifi router to install, when I tried to do, it never worked, I have raised a complaint on 12th June, 13, complaint number (2013061218871), so far nobody has bother to look into it.
I have raised a complaint (2013061607598) on 16th June, 13 to cancel my connection since server is very poor, he told me that I will get a call from backend team with in 24hrs of time, it means for them 3 days, so far nonone has called me, I was trying to reach them using as a existing connection, I need to wait atleast 15mins to get connected to the call center person, if you click as a new connection within 2mins you will be connected, how fraud, they dont provide proper services, when I am asking to repay my money they say that they dont pay. I would suggest people who are in Hydreabad, especially in Nizampet dont fall into their trap, they are simply scrap, they give a connection very fast, post you have to beg them for any complaint, when I spoke to Balu Nayak, he was telling me that I will not get any refund, he suggested me to talk to call center, their job is to raise a ticket, if the backend team never bothers to look into the tickets how the issue will be resolved?
I have used earlier Airtel and Beam, Airtel services are the best in Nizampet, even if I ask any issue on Sunday, they come and do it, bit expensive. I am going back to Airtel again. If they cant provide a services, they dont have a right to steal money from customers, they are cheaters.
