There is a shop by "House of Music" at brigade road, Next to St Joseph’s Commerce College, Bangalore. They are titled with the business"Chromo Zone". I bought a Yamaha keyboard from there paying 5 figure amount. The keys of the Piano are broken. They did not give me genuine system generated invoice.
When we were waiting to collect the piano after the payment was made, they made us wait for almost 2 hours to get the adapter tested. Then I had to myself go and request the neighbour shop to assist us, with his help we could get the Piano that we had already paid the money for and come home. Later we realised that the keys are broken, when contacted they were very rude. They said they have done a favor by giving us a keyboard.
I am still following up for the original invoice in order to take it to the service center.
