Losing performance and credibility.

I am compelled to write the next review on this ISP after some time. Earlier this was Iqara. Off lately I am getting a relatively unpleasant experience from this ISP.


Recently I made online Payment for my Broadband Account Renewal on their site. Their site failed to confirm the transaction at the final step. I was nearing by expiry of account so I made separate cheque payment to their representative. It was indicated that if they have not received the transaction confirmation within 24 hours, it must have failed. After a few days I found that online Transaction was successful and was debited into my Credit card account!!


Now I have to get into a long process of claiming refund!Off lately their fiber cuts are almost common in Pune and the downtime has been in days and not just few minutes or hours.Every time you raise a complaint, you get a standard response... you will be contacted by our representative within 24 Hours and in fact no body looks into the problem. You need to follow-up.


The only time they look at you is when they need the next payment for account renewal!
