I started getting Harassed by there Sales Executives pestering me about you schemes. I started getting calls from Various Sales executive explaining there Schemes again and again.
Instead of giving the task to one executive they will publish your number in a directory so that any of there sales executive can contact and harass you to take the connection.
So One Fine Day OCT1 I asked one of the executive to come and take a check for three months unlimited plan. 1 mbps unlimited jaguar plan for Rs. 3175 900 deposit included.
The executive promised that the plan connection is feasible and they can provide it in three days. the day he took check he vanished even after 15 days no sign of any Internet connection,
The call center Guys NO TOLL FREE NUMBER ( You will have to waste 15 MINUTES of Mobile BILL per Call waiting time) Promises we will give connection in 24 Hours after our hardware team will call you.
No sign of Connection or Call even after ten days of Complaint.
Got a Message from You that Your Complaint is addressed without Resolving complaint.
The sales executive does not Bother to pick mobile Calls or if he Picks it up by Mistake will give false promise that you will get connection by 4PM today. since last ten days he is giving this false promise,
The You Broadband Office Manager in Indiranagar Bangalore will pick your call will ask please sms your address and customer Number
will look into case; after you provide this as a sms he will stop taking your calls.
if You Broadband harasses you so Much for a new connection what to Expect when your Connection develops some fault no one is going to Bother about your complaints.

They Gave Connection after 19 Days after Calling Executives repeatedly Not Getting speed 1 Mbps that is my Plan speed For Download 560 Kbps and 570 Kbps Upload so Speed is Half of promised Speed 1000 kbps But Customer Service needs Improvement.
