I’ve upgraded this review with a positive note, after using their service continuously for 3 months.

You Tele Broadband
C grade is perhaps too much for their service! Absolutely ridiculous service. The quality of the product, kind of customer service and the skills of the technical peope perhaps are the lowest in the industry.
Unfortunately, I took a connection from them. I’m happy that my bill will not go up because I can’t get connected at all !!! But my telephone bills are going up calling their customer service number every single day :(
Fortunately, I took a 3 months plan and will be relieved after that. What a relief! I will save on my telephone bills.
Advice: You tele’s servive is a mockery of the broadband service in India. Please avaoid taking connections from them.
