I have a 10 MBPs plan, but it has never given me more than 1 mbps speed. The connection speed is v fluctuating and I dont think they ever address speed related complains.
I hope Reliance Jio turns Broadband Industry base in near future! Its pathetic to accept that no good Broadband service is available in Vadodara. They advertise pushing speed variable as their usp but they fail miserable in after sales service related to network and speed.
