I Have One Device From YU I Buy It Around 5 Months Ago & Just Before 1 Month My Device Having Issue. The Issue Is In The Charging Port Of The Phone Then Firsty I Go To The Service Centre Where Their YU Person Says U Hve Already Registered A Complain First Remove That Complaint Then Only We Take This. Then I Call Online Yu Customer Care Service N Firstly They Take Details Then Says In Between 15 Days Old Phone Replaced & New Phone Will Be Delivered To U Then I Called After 15 Days & Ask Still Phone Was Not Delivered To Me Their Exective Tells Me They Are Having Technical Issue That’s Why They Can’t Send Me The Unit They Say Wait Another 15 Days I Waited Another 15 Days Then Also The Phone Was Not Delivered To Me YU Is Very Cheap Company They Don’t Care About Their Customers From Now Ill Not Buy Any Phone From This .
