Pathetic support.
Ideally I recommended this phone to all my friends, but the day got the problem and came in contact with their support team it was nightmare
It has been ages now they have generated the webin request to replace my mobile. but there is no further action from them
Every time I call same reply is spitted by these morons, it will take more 4 days to dispatch, there is some technical issue in our system and hence it took time, but now it will get dispatched within 4 days.
Seriously guys my humble request please go for phones that have good service stations.
