I bought YU Yuphoria and l ittle did I know Yu & micromax have made sure its customers will never returns to buy their products ever again.
Upon turning on my brand new phone it started flickering and I could not use any button to exit and go ahead with menu . then & there I should have known its a bad sign and I should return it immediately but after lot of try’s it was stable and barely worked fine for 2 months that its battery started swelling and it started randomly flickering( when it starts flickering I cant use any touch buttons so its pretty much useless unless battery is removed) now its back cover doesn’t fit either.
So I reported to its customer care on the phone and they told me to mail them its details with proof pf purchase which I did and here’s the Reference Ticket id: 1938435 for my complaint. which the said they will address it soon and I haven’t heard from them so I again wrote them a mail which they did not bother to reply.
Now I cant use a phone which might explode any day. This is a fair warning to Micromax and YU . If it explodes. I will sue the company for damages & Loss . there’s no question about it. this is you last and final chance to fix my phone or return it.
I would also request other users Please buy a good branded phone I have used motorola, asus, nokia all my life I have had no issues with them. I have Zero brand image of micromax yu and there’s nothing that they can do to change it.
Yu company is a disaster of epic proportion and looks like it was only meant to lure youngsters in buying their stupid, low grade product and make them pay emotionally and mentally as their customer service is pathetic and the worst part is you don’t find its spares online.
