This device has really disappointed me a lot, here are the problems
I am facing on the latest version of rom
1) Speaker stops working and requires a reboot to start working again
2) Device gets stuck and reboots on its own
3) Rapid battery drain
4) On receiving a call, screen takes about 10 seconds to turn on after it starts ringing
5) Screen takes 5-7 seconds to wake-up after pressing power button.
6) This device gets heated even while doing simple tasks
I bought this device during August 11-13 sale of 2015, at that the price was Rs.6999 and now( sep13-17 sale) the price is Rs.5999 less 15% cashback for HDFC card i.e.Rs.5100 effectively.
On synthetic benchmark applications the device is getting recognised as Micromax Yuphoria instead of YU Yuphoria
The only thing I liked is the earphones that came in box and they too turned out to be very fragile
I would suggest anyone to buy Redmi 2 16gb rom variant instead of this, as it has almost the same specs( the only difference I remember is Redmi2 has 4.7 inch screen) and Xiaomi gives very fast updates and their software has become very featureful overtime.
