As we know this is the upgraded version of YU Yureka so I was curious about it’s performance so I bought this phone from online site which were the only option for buying this phone at the time of sale.
I got my phone in 2 days as I chose 1 day delivery.
At a first glance I fall in love with box itself and after opening the box I love the mobile phone also.
It was very well packed having 1 data cable with wall charger adapter and some papers about the product and earphones.
I was very happy about the product(initially).
I checked the charging cable is working or not and it was fine by checking with wall charger as in it is charging my phone or not.but after some time I realize that it is working but the time taken to charge my phone is too much.
It was literally taking around 4-5 hours to charged my phone from 0-60%.
I checked with other wall adapter for checking is my phone is working properly or not and my phone was working good.
The charger was not working properly.
I contact to service center and I went there and there I saw some others also with the same problem.
May be it is manufacturing defect.
They gave me new charger but that is also not working.
I tried that charger with my dad’s phone also but the result was the same.
I don’t have any issue with the phone but the accessories provided by them are not at good in quality.
I fed up with this problem and now I’m using other wall adapter to charge my phone.
Think about after sell service before buying YU phones
