I had purchased this smartphone when it was launched in a flash sale. At that time it was a pioneer in the technology . Its slim design was first in class. But soon, in a month, it was overtaken by many other companies and it was a rundown. At that time it was only having a heating issue i.e. when you use the device it will get heated up. Of course the camera quality was also not good(I mean the camera did’t came up to my expectations) In course of time the device lost everything.
The phone was bricked in 3 months and all of my data was lost. The phone’s accessories were were damaged like the earphones were very loose, the white colour of the charging cord had turn yellow and the charger had lost its efficiency. Still I used my phone and it was always laggy and it made me embarras several times in front my friends and other members when I had to wait too long for anything. Recently the phone was dropped accidently by me on marble surface from 1 metre height and the screen just shattered and the most annoying happening to me was that the service centre took a month doing nothing. I finally got it fixed from mobile market located in chandigarh.
According to me the mobile was not worth of money as now the battery condition is so worse that it drains in 15 minutes from 100 to 0 and the touch is unresponsive for most of time, laggy nature is off the limits and this smartphone is not having its ease of support in markets i.e. we can’t get any of its spare parts from market and we can’t get the common repairs SO My final verdict is that this was not worth the price. To the fellow people, I would recommend you to go for any Samsung product as they are easily available, affordable and we can get any help regarding its any issue in local markets.
