My Yureka phone not get replaced yet even though I have raised the request on 16th Dec15.
I had place my request for replacement of my Yureka phone on16th Dec and they said that your phone will be replaced in 15 days and even after more than 1 month it is not replaced. Every time days when I am contacting them they say that it was not done due to XYZ issue and it will be done definitely in next 15 days. and this is continuing on and on.
This is a clear cut violation of the customer right.I have even got a mail from them on 20 jan(after much follow up)

When I followup with this, the courier company said they have not received any material to dispatch. I have also contacted the Amazon guys about this. they also showed their helplessness in this regard citing that since it is in warranty period hence only manufacturer can do anything.
In my view Micromax/ Yureka is just a fraud company with no regard for their customers and they are here to make some quick money by any means.
