I bought Yureka for Rs 9k. From the day one I have problem with the phone, I sent request for replacement. Finally I got reply from the company to return back the phone to the pick-up boy. After a week, pick-up boy came and take my signature for rectification of the problem, not for the replacement. I denied to argue with him.
After few days I have got reply from the company regards - my phone under review by the expert engineer, will update the status soon. After recieving this message around 1 month I have waited for response. Finally I requested to send my phone back, whether it is done or not. One fine day I got my phone(after keeping with them for 60 days), still I have the same complain with the phone. I don’t want to refer such a worst service provider. Please check the service centers and the service what they are promising before go for buy a phone. Thanks
