In the starting of releasing Yu Yureka I use to book the phone, but on specific time period and due to on demand the phone was not available. I have been wait for more than 2 months to book a phone. Finally I got my Yureka. In the starting days I felt little difficult to operate the phone. After few days I got complete knowledge on the phone, but phone was not up to the mark and every time it use to shut down automatically. I sent a complaint to the service center and they sent me a reply with few steps to follow to resolve the issue, but there is no change in phone working condition.
The worst part with the brand is improper locations of service centers. I use to find a service center, but I couldn’t find any. Some what phone is good, but worst in service providing.
