Stuck with this servicing center for an year as I bought my vehicle from the same dealer.
They clearly do not respect anybody’s time and values, since they have monopolized Honda dealership for Pimple saudagar, wakad, Hinjawadi and aundh areas.
The management is very poor and so is their memories, when paying the token amount I specifically asked them to give me a black color Honda shine, still, when I went for taking the delivery they gave me a silver color one.(Obviously I got it exchanged from them, but it ate up 2 hrs of my time)
The store manager as well as the representatives are rude and arrogant. The service center is literally the slowest and worst I have ever seen.
Their phone representative will tell you that they can service your vehicle in an hour or two, but don’t fall for it, when you actually go for the service, the service person would tell you that it would take at least a day for servicing.
Even after the servicing is done, I could still see spots on my bike which clearly means they do not pay any attention to cleaning your vehicle.
