Showroom: Sales people have no knowledge of what to do and know little about the bikes they are selling. No respect for customers. They do not have a xerox machine in such a big showroom. When you enter the showroom, you need to chase the sales person and he will try to not stay with you as much as possible. This gives you a hint about how much do they really care. If you intend to buy a new bike find some other place.
Even after all that, If you still buy a bike, you will have to wait for another 3+ weeks to wait for your RTO registration number to be assigned to your bike. Dont bother calling the showroom, you will only get disappointment and a standard reply "Abhi number series start nahi hui, abhi 1-2 din me miljayega". So you will be ale to use your bike after 1 month after getting the bike! Good luck with that!
If you wish to learn how bad a bike showroom of a company like Honda can be, visit this place!
Service Center: The service center(basement of the showroom) has few good mechanics and they do seem to care about bikes and customers. But their managers are arrogant. Here is an example: After the first servicing my newly purchased Honda hornet, it had some engine noise and mileage was well below 40kmpl, so I complained and service manager said "Bike ka milage 10, 000 km ke baad set kar sakte ho, abhi kuch nahi hoga!"
Overall: It is shameful for a company and brand like Honda to have such showrooms. But again I have had a bad experience with Honda as well. Their customer care simply does not care to bother when you have problems with showrooms like Yug Honda. I have complained about this showroom on Hondas website/email but I have not received any response after months. Considering all that I am pretty sure I will be looking for other companies like Yamaha which have improvised their bikes and services substantially
