I have purchased a bike from here few weeks back & I have not seen such unprofessional staff & two wheeler owner in Pune.
While booking I was told that bike will be delivered in 15 days, however I was delivered in a week but I had stated that I will prefer to take home a bike with final registration. But I had received a call saying all formalities are completed & I can take away the bike.
When I visited the showroom with all "pooja saman" they told me you can take the bike but registration will take more 15 days , Its already more than 15 days since I booked the bike & they are telling me to again wait.
Upon asking the showroom staff/manager/owner, they all were saying that they had stated on call only that registration is not done also owner has a no sense of how to speak with customer, he don’t want to listen customer complaints, he used very bad words for me in front of his staff.
Guys, It is my humble request to u all do not visit this showroom, visit only if you have a patience to listen their bad words & have a sufficient time with you
