Service experience

I have purchased AMC from your service centre. Today I had worst experience till date. I have given by bike on Saturday. Resolution time was given Monday 6 PM. I think this is longer than usual.


It was not completed on given time. When I called to check status, they told it will require more time. They will provide bike next day 3 PM. Also person said guaranteed delivery will be done.


Next day I directly come here to check as I don’t get any call. When I asked advisor he told me to check with billing team. Billing team sent me back to reception. What the hell process is? I furstrated finally called manager. He said he is coming down. He never came. Meanwhile I checked with mechanic and found that he just started working on my bike. After 3 days he taken my bike at 3 PM when it was expected to deliver. It was very rediculous thing.


Finally I told them please give my bike as it is. I don’t want to service. They asked for 1 hour. I have given 1.5 hour to complete. Still I am waiting to get my bike back.


My simple question to you,


If you don’t have capabilities to handle load. Why do you take bike for servicing?


No process, no humbleness, no customer satisfaction. you are very poor in customer service
