Worst servicing of my vehicle, they dont respect anybodys time. The servicing manager is more than worst always keeping sh*t in his mouth I guess thats why he is not talking, not bothering what you are explaining him. Worst servicing staff I every saw.
They have called me after 24 hours for pickup of my vehicle after servicing. My vehicle was not properly cleaned and the buzzer was not working, it was working before servicing. After lot of arguments they were agreed to change the buzzer, they opened my vehicle and all MORE THAN 15 STAFF members went for lunch together, I was waiting for just 10 mins job to be done for more than 2 hours. And they did their work after intervention of owner. Yes, I have complaint to the owner as well, he was very casual saying that you know the staff they are like this only. really?
IT WAS A BIG MISTAKE BUYING and SERVICING VEHICLE FROM "YUG HONDA, WAKAD".
