Replacing the parts form accidental vehicle’s and charging as the new parts and not even providing proper bill. After a few months if the replaced parts got damaged then repeat the same procedure. When I asked the service report for my previous complaints they denied to provide, while I complaint to honda, they dont have any record about the service which I done, even no evidence about the parts changed, they simply cheated me. even after paying Rs 5000 as the parts+ service charges and all other taxes.
Similar issue where faced on another honda persons who done his work on a local service center and he replaced the parts in front of him and even after 1 year he was not facing any problem.
Never pay for extended warranty. They really cheat us by taking money for extended warranty. If you want to avail the extended warranty, you must complete their services every 3 months. For each service they may charge around 1000. Paying money for extended warranty is really a waste.
Not good place for servicing as per my experience. so be aware about the services and ask them to provide the service report as well as the bill.
