One of the gr8est mysteries of my life will always be the reason for the failure of yuva.its a wonderfull film with amazing music. it has six songs each of them with its own taste and twist. the music here represent the varsitality of the three characters and thus I consider them a masterpiece by as always a r rehman. in this film he dares to go beyond the usaul style with songs like fanaa. though most of us have hardly noticed it but each songs lyrics have deep meaning and someway or the other connect to the story.yuva for me is a must buy album. the sheer class of the songs is such that no one yet has even made a single remix of this song.the reason for is this that when u hear these songs u feel that these songs were meant to be like this , any change and the whole song would just lose its significance. thats the magic of rehman. thats the magic of yuva.
the first song u hear is dhaka laka bhuka. though the lyrics is a bit hard to understand its just got that manly tune to it and has also got gr8 beats. the breaking of the mirror sound is perfectly used. then there is khuda hafiz. its a beatiful song shot on a beach where vivek meets karinaa. it also has a new feeling . its a complete youth song. one more song in thsi album is kabhi neem neem. now this song is completely different. its slow and melodious ranging from high pitch too low pitch in perfect harmony and thats what makes this song so good to hear. then off course there is dol dol which just rocks. the moment u hear the song u just feel like dancing. its a total party song. then comes badal. sung by adnan sami and alka yagnik this song has got a gr8 music but infortunatly has not been much used in the movie so u gotta check out thsi song. last but not at all the least is fanaa. possible the most popular song in the yuva album. the reason is simple is attractive to youth and can be played at a disco, party, resturaunt, while driving, when u r with friends, when alone, anytime u like.
