I visited Zaitoon with my friends recently, and we were being treated by one of our friends as it was his birthday.
We had high hopes as we’ve heard more good things than bad about the restaurant. Well I can just say that I couldnt disagree more.
Food and Presentation - The food was alright and not as good as we expected, but the presentation was really good.
Ambience and Decor - I was most satisfied with the ambience as it gave a very rich feeling as soon as we entered.
Customer Service - Service was very average, the waiter took forever to note our order as his mobile wasnt working. And the food also took look of time for preparation.
Value for Money - I rate this part the lowest. A Chicken Schezwan Fried Rice cost around 200, but the quantity was very less, none of my friends were full after eating it, and we had to go elsewhere to satisfy our hunger. Even the Dragon Chicken had really small pieces and less quantity.
My overall verdict would be not very satisfied, and won’t be visiting again.
