I like how South Indians prepare some of their dishes and I have always loved their fish curries and rice.the fish especially made using a lot of coconut and other spices found down south. When my husband suggested we go to Zambar to eat I was very excited and immediately said yes.
We got an extremely beautiful table with beautiful hangings on the wall sitting there looking very pretty. We placed our order for the starters and it was- Malabar Grilled Yam, Zambar Gunpowder Prawns and Mutton Sukka. We also called for Rasam to have with the food.
The starters were mind-blowing with all the items cooked extremely well in their spices and between us, we were able to finish off everything! But with the Rasam, it all became a little heavy and we decided to have only 1-2 things between us- Chettinad Chicken Currry and Malabar Paratha.
We became big fans of this place and we are definitely going to keep coming back for more. See you there!
