I purchased a product for my mother about two months back and Zansaar delivered a defective product. And I was okay with it, I just quickly asked for a replacement. Which they were simply not doing, because nobody comes to pick the product.
So, I PERSONALLY WENT TO THEIR OFFICE TO RETURN THE PRODUCT. A nightmare for any customer.
A week later a replacement arrives, and I get another product that is even worse! I request them to pick up the product and refund my money.
Two weeks passed, nobody came to pick the product. My money was not refunded. And it was not a small amount.
I called up the customer care furiously one day and begged them to return my money. I told them you can pick up the product at your convenience, but refund my money. So, the customer care said they have initiated the refund.
One week passes. Still no pickup. No refund either. I call them again. Again customer care says that they have initiated, earlier there was some issue.
I was so frustrated that my cash was not being refunded, nor were they ready to refund my money. FINALLY, one day after much annoyance their courier party comes to pick up the product like some big favor and the customer care continued to lie that the money is initiated for refunded.
Today after almost three months from purchase. I have gotten a notification that they have initiated refund and should reflect in a week. And this is after constantly begging them to refund. Even though, it had been over three weeks they picked their stupid product.
Never purchase from Zansaar. I work at an ecommerce company myself. I am certain no company with a goodwill in business would practice these ethics.
STAY AWAY! Period.
