Poor customer service team

I don’t believe in most of the popular online product delivery people. After seeing a wide range of advertisements and their product images, I decided to order a center table from zansaar as it looked very nice. I made a blunder of opting for net payment instead of COD. Before a weeks time, I received a mail saying that my product is on the way. So I was waiting for nearly 3 weeks and lost my patience and called up customer service. I never heard such a stupid response from a call center, saying that during the shipping of my product they realized my product got damaged and they took it back and put my money back in my account.


No one contacted me till that point of time and I didn’t receive my money back. After I went furious they made a drama and apologized for their mistake and told me they reordered the product and I will receive a confirmation call in 24hrs. I never received any such call and I didn’t receive my money neither my product. Again I waited for another 10days and no response from them. So icalled up to find out what happened. Its seems the comment updated in their customer service system that I didn’t pickup the calls twice and so they couldn’t deliver the product. Any sensible person wont say such an idiotic response to a customer. After a brief discussion that person said he will get back to me. Without any notification I received my money back. Such irresponsible people, I have ever come across.


Please don’t order any furniture from this kind of online people. Better go in person and order it or order from very a reliable source like Indus craft.com, people who are very sincere in their work.
