I have had a very bad experience with this Zansaar.com. Hardly over a year after purchase, the leather sofa that I bought started peeling off its covering. They advertised it as leather sofa but the peeling off of the material clearly indicates that it is some synthetic material.
When purchasing this item, they had assured me that they will address any issue anytime. Now, when I contacted them, they refused to address it and were arrogant enough to mention that an earlier repair done on this was out of their goodwill!. I will never purchase from Zansaar.com again.
